With approximately 12% of the current population in the Dena’ina territory over 65, the projected Silver Tsunami will impact the Indigenous elders to a greater degree as they face challenges including long waitlists and culturally inappropriate living facilities.  

True Nobility Care plans on working with communities such as the Chikaloon tribe to meet the needs of not only their aging population but also for surrounding tribes in the greater Anchorage area.

True Nobility Plans for Anchorage:

• Assisted Living Facility
• Community Center. The community center will serve as a location where individuals can receive training for education and employment. It will also serve as a resource center for various community services (social and health related).
• Affordable Housing Residences
• Adult Day Program

But if you omit the displacement of the Osage nation, the Porter slave plantation, racial segregation, redlining, block busting, white flight, economic disinvestment, 1968 riots, impact of the war on drugs, and other formative parts of the history ... that shape our present, how can you possibly talk about building community or representing the history of Troost? It’s going to take more than poverty programs to heal this division in Kansas City...We must also address the blight of the heart. "
