With approximately 12% of the current population in the Dena’ina territory over 65, the projected Silver Tsunami will impact the indigenous elders to a greater degree as they face challenges including long waitlists and culturally inappropriate living facilities.  

True Nobility Care plans on working with indigenous communities such as the Chikaloon tribe to meet their needs of not only their ageing population but also for surrounding tribes in the greater Anchorage area.

True Nobility Plans for Anchorage:

• Assisted Living Facility
• Community Center. The community center will serve as a location where individuals (primarily indigenous) can receive training for education and employment. It will also serve as a resource center for various community services (social or health) that can benefit individuals in need.
• Affordable Housing Residences
• Adult Day Program 

The Kansas City Public Schools (KCPS), through its "Repurposing Initiative," is taking an innovative approach to promoting the reuse/redevelopment of 30 of its closed school sites.  The Repurposing Initiative has transitioned from planning into action with already 20 closed and vacant schools being sold and repurposed.

True Nobility Care seeks to purchase one of these schools/government buildings, to serve this new noble service.
